Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened, coconut
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and chunked
  • 1-2 cups almond/coconut milk
  • 2 tsp flax seed (optional)
  • 2 tsp hemp seed (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until smooth
