- ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened, coconut
- 2 bananas
- 2 dates
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 mangoes, peeled and chunked
- 1-2 cups almond/coconut milk
- 2 tsp flax seed (optional)
