After being diagnosed with cancer I wanted to evaluate my eating habits and found Barbara Leland! She is a wealth of knowledge, professional and most of all a joy to work with. We met several times to implement my goal of improving my eating habits and she has educated and encouraged me with implementing this change. I am happy to say that I have successfully curtailed my sugar intake and got through the withdrawal period, I only eat white flour products on rare occasions, and I drink green juice every day! Best of all I am enjoying what I am eating and no longer have the desire to eat sugary, processed foods!

“Wonderful to Work With”
Barbara really knows her stuff! She is wonderful to work with and does a terrific job with coaching nutrition And explains it so well that I really understand why something is good for me. This makes me want to comply with her recommendations even more because they are so well explained and documented. We started out with health coaching and then I needed surgery on something related to a condition I inherited. Barbara came through again! She designed a nutritional program for me for before during and after the surgery. I really believe this helped me To heal as well as I did which was pretty remarkable. I highly recommend her and think she is not only very knowledgeable but a wonderful person to be around. She genuinely cares and that Is extremely important. Try her out!

“Encouraging and Supportive”
Barbara did a great job of tailoring a detox for me! She was so encouraging and supportive. I looked forward to her messages everyday. Her recipes for smoothies, soups and salads were delicious and made the process quite enjoyable. I will continue to use them as part of my Meatless Monday routine. Everything was explained well and easy to understand. I appreciated all the time and effort she put in and especially the one-on-one.
