The starting time is flexible.

If you have a group that you’d like to put together, tell me the time that would work for your group.

If you would like to do an individual program, we can work out a date that will work for both of us.

WHERE?

The program will be conducted through zoom and email.

We will meet weekly on zoom for 5 weeks. During our zoom, we will have our training as follows:

Week 1: Understanding Habits

  • Introduction to Habits
  • Determine your habits and their impact on your life.
  • Decide what habit you want to work on.
  • The habit loop: cue, routine, reward.
  • The Science Behind Habits
  • Challenges

Week 2: Setting Goals

  • SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound)
  • Importance of Visualization

Week 3: Overcoming Obstacles and Celebrating Victories

  • Acknowledging Obstacles
  • Avoidance of Triggers
  • Celebrating Victories

Week 4: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

  • Mindfulness Techniques and Self-Compassion Practices
  • Adjusting Strategies
  • Support

Week 5: Sustaining Change

  • Making Habits Natural and Cementing them for long-term success.
  • Creating Accountability
  • Building a Habit Maintenance Plan
HOW MUCH?

The program fee is $200 per participant for group plans (minimum of 3 enrollees) or $600 for individual plans.
