Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon fine grain sea salt (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced onion or 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until everything is finely ground and powdery, a minute or so.
  2. Transfer to a jar and keep in a cool and dark place for up to a couple of months. Use 1 tablespoon of bouillon powder in place of one bouillon cube.
