Ingredients
- 2 tbsp almond meal or almond flour
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs of your choice (or 1 teaspoon if dried)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 pound fish filet of your choice (Cod, Halibut, Rockfish…)
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the fish.
- Place fish in baking dish (ceramic works great or a baking sheet with parchment paper.)
- Spoon the mixture on top of the fish, dividing evenly between however many pieces you have in your pound of fish
- Pat the topping down so it covers the whole piece of fish
- Bake fish, at 450 degrees for about 7-8 minutes (set timer for 5 minutes and start checking)
- Optional, drizzle with lemon juice
