Ingredients
- 2 handfuls Spinach*
- 2 handfuls Kale
- 1 cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 inch turmeric
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 medium beet (no need to peel)
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 lemon
- Filtered water to taste
Directions
- Juice all items and enjoy. (Add water if too strong)
Notes
*Spinach is high in oxylates. You can sub all kale or other leafy greens if desired. You will still get benefits from the spinach, but if you have concerns, use another green.
If you don’t have a juicer you could stop at Whole Foods (or Mother’s for those of you in So. Cal.) and ask them to make this for you. They should have all of the ingredients on hand.
