Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (more if needed)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 small carrots)
  • 1 Tbsp gluten-free oats (such as Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ inch peeled ginger (or 1/4 tsp powdered ginger – more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until smooth
