Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk (more if needed)
- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 small carrots)
- 1 Tbsp gluten-free oats (such as Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- ½ inch peeled ginger (or 1/4 tsp powdered ginger – more to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Add all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high until smooth
