Recipe – Mighty (Mango) Mousse

N/A – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)


  1. Purée mangoes in the food processor.
  2. Blend in coconut cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Put into pudding dishes and top with shredded coconut, if desired.


Note – You could use the shredded coconut as the topping,or you could use more diced mango on top!
