Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can coconut cream
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Purée mangoes in the food processor.
- Blend in coconut cream until fully incorporated.
- Put into pudding dishes and top with shredded coconut, if desired.
Notes
Note – You could use the shredded coconut as the topping,or you could use more diced mango on top!
