Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Maple Sugar*
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, White Beans (or 1 15 oz can)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Cashew (or Almond) Butter
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- Line an 8″x8″ baking dish with parchment paper, or grease with coconut oil
- Put all ingredients, except the nuts, into the food processor and process until a soft batter forms
- Fold in chopped nuts
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake 30 minutes (it may not seem done, but let it cool and it will firm up)
- Cool completely before slicing and serving
